Payments
Please note prices are in NZD.
You can pay by credit/debit card (using stripe.com), cash if picking up from our office in Tapawera (NZ) or by Bank transfer.
Postage Greeting Cards
We post the cards worldwide. Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order on this website. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside NZ.
New Zealand: 1 to 4 cards = $1.7 per order, 5 to 8 cards = $3 per order, 9 or more cards = $4.5
Other countries: 1 to 4 cards = $4.5 per order, 5 or more cards = $7
Postage Giclee Prints
We post the prints worldwide. Allow 10 days for printing and shipping.
NZ – Free standard postage
Other countries – $20 per print
New Zealand orders
Greeting cards will be delivered within 1–3 business days from the order date. Prints, please allow 10 days for printing and shipping.
Your order will not have a trackable shipping ID, and there is no guaranteed delivery date through standard NZ mail services. If the card gets lost in the mail, or takes too long to arrive, it is not our responsibility. We unfortunately cannot provide refunds for lost cards. All mail is sent from our studio currently based in Tapawera, New Zealand. If your mail happens to get returned to our address, we’ll notify you right away to discuss what we should do next.
International orders
International orders are not tracked. Delivery times are approximately 1-3 weeks.
While we work hard to print and process orders quickly on our end, please be aware that delivery services globally are experiencing delays in processing and delivery due to unprecedented volumes and Covid safety precautions.
I want to add a note with my order, can I do that?
Yes, you can do that. You will see an option on each of our greeting cards.
Satisfaction Guaranteed (Return and Refund Policy)
It is important to us that you love any artwork you have chosen. I offer you a 14 day money back guarantee on any print purchased from my online store. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with a print you have purchased from us online, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (excl. shipping). Return shipping is at your own cost. Simply contact us to let us know that you are returning a print, use the packaging you received the print in and organise your own shipping to return it to us. When I receive the print back in good order, I will apply a credit to your credit card (or original method of payment) as soon as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
