What is augmented reality?
Augmented reality (AR) is a digital enhancement of the physical world. It’s when you use a device (like a phone or tablet camera) to look at your environment and see computer-generated things that aren’t really there.
How do the cards work?
Our cards use augmented reality technology, you will need a mobile phone, and the experience is very easy:
- Download the free EyeJack app (APP STORE | GOOGLE PLAY)
- Scan the QR code (back of the card) through the EyeJack app.
- View the front of the card with the EyeJack camera.

Can I send a card directly to someone else?
Yes! There’s a form on each product where you can enter the text. Please enter the address of that person at the checkout.
My card is no longer scanning?
Sometimes if you haven’t used viewed the card in a while EyeJack will disable it on your phone. In the camera view, click the bottom left icon and see if the design’s switch is off. If the design no longer shows in the app, please re-scan the QR code or visit the cards URL to re-add it.
